Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Pledge

The Triton Foundation recognises the sensitive and confidential nature of the information it receives about inventions and undertakes: 1. Not to disclose, communicate, publish, release or permit the communication, publication or release of information to any third party without the prior express written consent of the inventor. 2. To hold all information received in the strictest confidence at all times except to the extent that the information is in the public domain (other than by a breach of this Agreement) or is required by law to be disclosed by the Triton Foundation.
